To ensure that your advertisements are activated quickly and successfully and that our platform remains clear and trustworthy for all users, we ask you to comply with the following rules.

Only concrete offers

Only enter specific offers in the database. Unfortunately, advertisements that only consist of general slogans such as “all types of xy machines” cannot be activated.

Either one specific machine or a fixed package of several machines must be offered per advertisement. In the case of a machine package, a clear description of the associated machines is required in the text of the advertisement. However, experience has shown that individual machine advertisements attract significantly more attention than machine packages.

Advertisements always with a meaningful technical description

Include a meaningful description in the “Technical data” field with your advertisements. Advertisements without technical data are not possible with us.

No anonymous or box number advertisements possible

Please enter your full name and address in your seller profile. Unfortunately, anonymous advertisements are not possible with us.

No telephone/fax numbers or e-mail addresses in the text of the advertisement

Advertisements may not contain telephone numbers, fax numbers, cell phone numbers or e-mail addresses. Your contact details are automatically generated from your customer account and also displayed in the finished advertisement. It is therefore not necessary to enter your contact details in the text of the advertisement and they will be removed.

No Internet addresses in advertisements

The text of the advertisement and the images of your machine offers must not contain any internet addresses. If you are interested in logo advertising for your homepage, you can book it here.

No references to other advertisements

Advertisements may not contain any references to other advertisements of a provider. Furthermore, references to the provider’s online stores and other trading or auction platforms are not permitted.

Machines advertised as classified ads may not be part of an auction.

Delete sold items

Please delete or pause sold items immediately. We make every effort to keep our database up to date. Therefore, pigeonholes are highly unwelcome and prohibited by our terms and conditions.

No re-upload after ad deletion

The immediate uploading of previously deleted advertisements is not permitted for reasons of distortion of competition.

No logos as machine images or in the machine image

Do not use company logos as machine images. The placement of company logos in machine images is also prohibited.

Only images that you are authorized to use

Similarly, manufacturer photos whose copyright lies with the manufacturer itself or photos from competitors may only be uploaded with the written permission of the respective copyright holder.

No placeholder images

Advertisement images that only contain “photo to follow” or similar are not possible.

Do not copy texts from competitors

Please create the technical descriptions of your items for sale yourself. Copying texts and parts of texts from other sellers’ advertisements is prohibited and usually only causes trouble that you do not want.

No keyword/search term lists in advertisements

Only enter relevant technical descriptions for the respective machines. The use of keywords or search term lists is not possible. It is also not possible to advertise other machines, products, consumables or general advertising.

No company names and word repetitions in the advertisement title

The use of your own company name and repetition of words in the title of the advertisement is prohibited. Manufacturers are excluded from this rule.

Select the correct machine category

In your own interest, please make sure that you place your advertisements in the correct categories.

No 1€ advertisements

Please do not enter any €1 prices in the advertisements. Advertisements that show €1 as the purchase price (also as FP or VB) will not be activated. If you do not wish to enter a price, please leave the price field blank. The note “Price info” will then automatically be displayed for your advertisement.

No advertising ad titles

Enter meaningful information in the machine designation / vehicle type as well as the manufacturer and model and do not use advertising wording. This is the only way your advertisements can be found by potential buyers using the search function.

Reachable telephone numbers in contact data

When providing your contact details, make sure you include a contact telephone number.

No multiple advertisements

Do not post the same item more than once.
